Who will be the 2011 NBA Champions? The two-time defending Champion Los Angeles Lakers won’t be the last team standing, as they fell to the Dallas Mavericks in four straight games. Kobe Bryant finally whipped out a new colorway of the Kobe VI, wearing the ‘Del Sol/Lightbulb’ Kobe VI during Game 3 and 4, but teammate Lamar Odom and his Nike Hyperfuse 2011 PE stole the limelight for the Lakers’ feet. The Grizzlies continue to prove that their first-round success wasn’t a fluke; they demolished the Spurs and are outplaying the young Thunder, proving that they can play slow and steady and uptempo styles of play.

The Boston Celtics bounced back and took Game 3 to halt Miami’s momentum, led by Rajon Rondo who made a heroic return to the game after dislocating his elbow in a freak injury. LeBron James wore the ‘Away’ LeBron 8 P.S., Dwyane Wade wore the Fly Wade PE in Black/Varsity Red-Taxi Yellow, and James Jones kept the V/2 rush with the Miami ‘Away’ PE. Rajon Rondo wore the Zoom Hyperfuse Low iD, Ray Allen wore the ‘Home’ PE of the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops, and both Pierce and KG wore tonal-green PE colorways of their signature shoes. All eyes are on Derrick Rose, who, despite injury, poured in 44 points in Game 3 while wearing the adidas Rose 1.5.
