Air Jordan 1 “Wings” Releases May 17th On Nike SNKRS Draw

We already know that the Air Jordan 1 “Wings” will be limited to 19,400 pairs, each individually numbered for a premium take on Michael Jordan’s iconic first signature sneaker with Nike. Today we get word that the coveted “Wings” take on the Air Jordan 1 will release on May 17th via the Nike SNKRS Draw system for $200 USD.

The Jordan 1 Wings celebrates Michael Jordan’s historic inner confidence through a gold undertone layer paired with a black leather upper. The heel features the silhouette of the iconic outstretched arms pose from the 1989 ‘Wings’ poster that’s probably found its way onto your bedroom wall at some point in your life.

The ‘Wings’ colorway is also a part of the ongoing Jordan Brand Wings initiative to inspire youth to believe in themselves through promoting the importance of education. The Jumpman has since partnered with teachers, mentors, and numerous communities to fund programs that will instill confidence in the next generation.
