The Japanese streetwear staple did hook up with Mike’s son Marcus and Trophy Room for a limited apparel collaboration not too far back, so it’s only right that we start fantasizing what could be. Customizer Jack The Ripper is already a step ahead of us, as he’s imagined the BAPE x Air Jordan 1 “Royal” featuring premium touches of calf leather on the lining, a canvas printed ape camouflage in the recently released retro Royal look, and a star graphic instead of the Nike Swoosh on the side panel. JTR was selling pairs starting at $1,200 USD with the base shoe provided which would probably be what this collaborative pair would fetch in the reselling market if it ever happened.
