It is nearly impossible to tell the story of Puma’s history without spending time on the iconic Puma Suede, a silhouette celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2018. To kick off the festivities a bit early, the brand is presenting a version inspired by Puma’s founder Rudolf Dassler. The simplistic design harkens back to original colorways of the silhouette, but with additional touches in the Puma logo on the heel and the lux leather lining. It is safe to assume from the pictures below that this sneaker will come with some special packaging to commemorate the anniversary. This pair is scheduled to hit Puma Japan on November 16th, so stay tuned for details regarding a stateside release.
