Nike Air Vapormax 97 Releasing In Near Triple-Black

Nike’s newest hybridized silhouette rolls on with a first official look at a new upcoming iteration. Almost completely blacked out, the slight relief from a “Triple Black” aesthetic on this Vapormax 97 comes by way of a silver Nike Swoosh on both the tongue and the midfoot. Sporting the upper of the 97 and the bubbly sole of the Vapormax, expect this iteration to be popular among Swoosh fans as it combines elements from two of the brand’s most popular models. As is customary with Air Max 97s, this racing stripes on its upper glow when under the right light, creating an eye-catching iridescent aesthetic. No release date is currently available, but expect this drop to hit shelves this month as we get closer to Air Max Day 2018.
