Air Jordan 1 “Clay Green” To Release On May 5th

The ‘Black Toe” Jordan 1 is one of the most beloved OG colorways of arguably the most iconic Jordan silhouette ever, and Jordan Brand is utilizing the classic sneaker’s colorblocking scheme as the base for several new 1 colorways that are set to release this spring, the first of which is dubbed the “Clay Green.” The new colorway offers the same black/white toebox, white midsole, and black tongue/laces as the OG “Black Toe”, and also stirs up memories of 2009’s “Celtics” 1s, but the similarities to prior models of the Jordan 1 end there, as the shoe’s heel, collar, swoosh, and outsole are done up in a luxe green suede, while green “Nike Air” branding on the tongue completes the shoe’s look. Expect this new take on a classic to land May 5th on Nike.com and retail for $160 USD.
