Nike Gets Shinier With The Air Max 97 “Reflect Silver”

Nike’s iconic Air Max 97 has always been a head-turning shoe due to its sleek, shiny, and speedy aesthetic, and Nike’s new “Reflect Silver” take on the silhouette might just be the most illustrious 97 yet. Featuring an all-silver upper similar in style to the much-loved OG “Silver Bullet” 97s, the “Reflect Silver” replaces the original’s red midfoot and tongue swoosh with a silver swoosh on the midfoot and a black swoosh on the tongue, while retaining the black sockliner, pull tabs, and patches used on the original. Red Air Max branding adorns the heel tab, and the shoe’s sleek look is tied together with a full-length silver Air Max cushioning unit and black outsole. There’s no official release date for these space-age Air Max 97’s yet, but look for them to arrive on Nike.com for $160 USD soon.
