Ross Dwyer After the recent unveiling of head-turning silver and tan women’s-only takes on the Air Force 1 Low and Blazer Low, Nike’s propensity for using the unique color scheme on their classic silhouettes is continuing as we now have a first look at an Air Max 95 done up with the same clashing colors. The classic runner’s famous human anatomy-inspired side panels are split cleanly in two by the striking colorway, with the bottom two panels featuring a rich vachetta tan leather while the top two feature a shimmering silver for a unique contrast. Elsewhere, the light grey tongue features a vachetta tan leather patch, while white laces/lace details and a vachetta tan toe cap provide further detailing. The shoe’s two-tone upper is complimented by a simple white midsole and silver Air Max cushioning unit, while a white outsole rounds the look off. Expect these Air Max 95s to arrive at Nike Sportswear stockists in the next few weeks, and retail for $170 USD.
