Colorful Patent Leather Arrives On The adidas Falcon

Colorful Patent Leather Arrives On The adidas Falcon

It’s been an eventful first year on the market for the adidas Falcon. After debuting earlier this spring to a warm reception, the ladies-only casual silhouette turned the heat up for the summer, with adidas enlisting Kylie Jenner to serve as its new face. Of course endorsements only matter if the product itself is well-done — and the Falcon is certainly that, having released in a multitude of eye-catching colorways. Its sleek-but-retro look is perfectly in tune with the current fashion climate, and now it’s surfaced in a brand new “Collegiate Navy” makeup, complete with a plentiful helping of metallic patent leather detailing. A toned-down navy mesh serves as the base, while the overlays opt for a loud look: the aforementioned patent leather arrives in ocean blue on the forefoot and heel, bronze on the eyestays, red on the tongue, and rich purple around the collar and heel. A two/tone red and navy midsole then completes the look. Like these colorful Falcons? They’ll release at the retailers listed below on December 6th for $100 USD.
