Vince Staples And Converse To Release A Contrast-Stiched Thunderbolt

Vince Staples And Converse To Release A Contrast-Stiched Thunderbolt

Two days ago, the Long Beach, California-bred rapper Vince Staples announced a North American tour in support of his recently released “FM!” album. Now, to further Staples’ time in the sun, he is ready to re-ignite his collaborative partnership with Converse by way of a co-created colorway of the oft-slept on Thunderbolt silhouette. Utilizing contrast stitching and mesh throughout the upper of this sleek, lifestyle-ready model, its Egret, Winter White, and Black color scheme allows for its shape and signature One Star logo to take center stage more than anything else. Much like Vince’s last drop with the iconic sneaker brand, his signature “SEA” branding – the name of his self-curated radio-style broadcast platform – can be seen on the insoles while a new-look “Run” hit adorns both heels. Currently, select retailers are reporting conflicting release dates, but you can expect the Vince Staples x Converse Thunderbolt to begin arriving at global stockists as soon as this week.
