The Nike Blazer Mid Vintage ’77 Is Dropping In “Lucid Green”

The Nike Blazer Mid Vintage ’77 Is Dropping In “Lucid Green”

More than three decades after it first released, the original Nike Blazer Mid is enjoying another moment in the spotlight. With all the coveted collabs and crazy colorways in the modern-day world of footwear, sometimes you yearn for a humbly styled — yet still effective — classic, and that’s exactly what the Blazer is providing with its return to market. After first appearing in a traditonal white/red makeup, it’s now arrived in a clean new “Lucid Green” as well. The high-cut white leather upper features a bold green Swoosh and grey suede overlays on the midfoot/toe for extra durability and style. Traditional Nike text branding appears in the same green on the heels, and the look is then rounded off with a simple sail midsole. If you like the clean look of these Vintage ’77s, you’ll be able to snag a pair for a flat $100 USD from Swoosh Brand stockists the likes of Sneaker Politics come January 19th.

Update 1/24/19: the “Lucid Green” Blazer Mid Vintage ’77 will also release at EU retailers February 14th.
