adidas Partners With Beyond The Streets For Massive Street Art Exhibition In NYC

Art and personal style are two stout pillars of street culture, and they’ve often been brought together before in the past, but never in a fashion quite as grand as Beyond The Streets NYC. A massive exhibit that spans two floors of the Twenty Five Kent building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the adidas-backed event features works from over 150 influential and legendary artists — many of whom have deep roots in the world of sneakers as well — like Futura, Shepard Fairey, Takashi Murakami, Craig Stecyk, ESPO, and more. This compelling amalgamation of culture also includes a special adidas-presented Beastie Boys section, with an archival exhibit dedicated to legendary pieces of their past. Check out images of a handful of the many different galleries you can stroll through below, and head over to Beyond The Streets’ website for more details/to purchase tickets for $25 — it’s open Wednesday-Sunday, and runs through August.
