The Nike Kyrie Low 2 Gets Crimson And Blue Hero Overlays

The Nike Kyrie Low 2 Gets Crimson And Blue Hero Overlays

With summer’s cool breezes blowing and bright sun shining, Kyrie Irving fans are currently in the annual intermittent period between his signature models, but thankfully the Nike Kyrie Low 2 is here to hold down the fort in the meantime, and it’s appeared in a colorfully-accented new makeup. The Low 2 is much more than a simple placeholder between the Kyrie 5 and upcoming Kyrie 6 too, as it’s the perfect shoe for any and all summer hooping needs. This new colorway offers a lightweight and breathable white mesh base, then uses both cool blue and bright red for accents: the former appears on both the lower forefoot and heel, while the latter is used for a large midfoot overlay that also serves as part of the lacing system. A textured Swoosh provides branding, and Irving’s signature KI logo is stamped on the tongue in black and blue. The midsole features Zoom Air cushioning and a sculpted shape that fans of the line may see as somewhat similar to the beloved Kyrie 3, while a black outsole finishes things off. With the sporty colorway and streamlined look, it’s safe to say that this Kyrie Low 2 gives off some running shoe vibes as well. If you’re in the market for a sleek new pair of low-top basketball shoes this summer, you’ll be able to grab this new colorway on July 1st for $110 USD at the retailers listed below.
