As Aimé Leon Dore continues its slow crawling unveil of their latest New Balance collaboration, the NYC-based label has offered up exclusive access to all three colorways of this 90’s runner to email subscribers. Three distinct color combinations are unified by a multi-colored array of lace eyelets, consistent on all three options. With all three utilizing the classic white mesh base Teddy Santis applies yellow, red, or white overlays with contrasting lace collars and linings that accentuate the rather intricate construction of the 827 Abzorb model. While it’s not likely that these will stir up the attention and eventual NYPD shutdown of the New Balance 990v2 launch, there’s no denying that Aimé Leon Dore’s is rising in the world of footwear enthusiasts.
