adidas Consortium Hits The Trails With The FYW XTA

adidas Consortium Hits The Trails With The FYW XTA

While primarily the more high-end version of adidas, Consortium is also equally adventurous, proffering both unique collaborations and general releases alike. And while generally difficult to predict, the line-up has recently begun to drop trail runners — the latest being the aggressively upgraded FYW XTA. Bearing a recognizable retro DNA, the silhouette seems to appropriate some previously used design elements as the tooling suggest by way of the EQT and FYW insignia. Nubuck uppers then outfit in a dark olive just above, matching the earthy aesthetic that informs nearly every coloring; upwards, light creams line the base with mesh and smooth leather materials while the side profile is overlaid three times by bright orange eye stays. Roped laces outfit in black against tongue fixtures of matching shades, dressing neutral much like the various branded hits. Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release to hit May 9th at select stores and possibly adidas.com.

In other news, anther Pride adidas Stan Smith has been revealed.
