The Nike Daybreak Type Emerges With More Disparate Accents

The Nike Daybreak Type continues its streak of notable colorways with an arrangement consisting of disparate hues.

Uppers on the forthcoming iteration of the experimental Daybreak boast a semi-deconstructed makeup. Mesh bases are left simple in “Off White,” while their profile Swooshes and stitching are given a matte gold hue. Forefoot suede overlays indulge in a “Spruce Aura”-like tone, while their heel counterparts sport a quasi-black scheme. Elsewhere, a vibrant blue enters the mix at the tongue and heel, with both areas also featuring matte gold branding. Underfoot, the modernized silhouette from 1979 nods to its running origins with its white EVA midsole/black rubber waffle outsole combination.

A release date is still unknown for this Daybreak Type, but pairs are likely to arrive quietly to Nike.com during the summer. For now, grab a closer look at the shoes here below.

In other Swoosh-related news, the Blazer Low has recently emerged in an impressive “White/Forest Green” colorway.
