The Nike Vapormax 2020 Releases On July 23rd

To coincide with the (now postponed) Tokyo Olympics, Nike had quite a bit in the works inclusive of much more than performance runners and basketball silhouettes. As teased at their HQ pre-quarantine, the imprint was readying up their recently released Space Hippie collection as well as the next evolution to the Vapormax. Given a brand new 2020 tagline, the pair effectively tweaks to the brand’s now current goals and ethics as sustainability informs much of the upper construction. The Flyknit, which is threaded in a bevy of different colorful shades, is made with 75% recycled manufacturing waste — its general aesthetic resembling the aforementioned pack by a small margin. What’s more, the silhouette also features some more utilitarian upgrades: soles are supported even further by a sublimated and enlarged heel counters, the bubbles are enhanced with added molds underneath, and the lacing system forgoes the ordinary for the groundbreaking Flyease system. Grab a detailed look at these right here and expect to finally be able to get your hands on the Vapormax 2020 at Nike.com on July 23rd.

In other news, the Air Jordan 1 Light Smoke Grey drops tomorrow.
