Nike Brings Back This OG Women’s Colorway Of The Air Max 90

Nike Brings Back This OG Women’s Colorway Of The Air Max 90

For its 30th anniversary, the Nike Air Max 90 has been recrafted and remixed all throughout 2020. Following the expect return of the Air Max 90 “Infrared”, Laser Blue, Eggplant, and Laser Pink, it’s time to make room for another OG – this more obscure women’s exclusive that hardly gets the fanfare compared to the aforementioned set.

White uppers, overlays, and midsole create a blank canvas for the bright colors to bounce off of. Although the mudguard isn’t white, the gray leather is neutral enough to have the sky blue and pinkish-red accents stand out. These colors, though vibrant, fall somewhere in between pastel and primary. The bright blue interrupts the midsole and mudguard, while the pink-red is used on the suede swoosh and on the outsole around the toe. This style of color-blocking was rather common of the times – utilizing muted, neutral bases contrasted by touches of vivid hues.

A release date has yet to be announced, so enjoy the official images here below and expect these possibly before year’s end.

Updated February 22nd, 2021: A release date has been scheduled for March 6th, 2021.
