The J Balvin x Air Jordan 1 Releases Tomorrow

Earlier this year, J Balvin flaunted a colorful pair of Air Jordan 1s, one quickly revealed to be his very own collaboration. And as the first Latino artist to work with the brand in such a manner, he couldn’t help but dial the volume to 11, dressing the silhouette’s uppers in a spectrum of tones that loudly commemorate the albums “Colores” and “Vibras.”

Less than 24 hours away from its release, the pair certainly has many brimming with anticipation, envy already at an all-time high thanks to a limited early access launch about a week ago. Its uppers, which are primarily removed of leather fixtures, covers in a canvas treated to a wide array of tones: dark blues and saturated greens are washed into the upper at both ends, while louder hits of red and yellow work into the side profile as well as the back face of the Swoosh. Jagged trims add cosmetic touch to to the latter as well as the toe cap and counter, while the ankle flaps round as if clouds. Alongside, the Balvin has also incorporated patches that include smileys, basketballs, Jumpman logos, and lightning bolts.

Grab one more look at these right here, and if you’re hoping to take a W tomorrow, December 8th, make sure to check out the J Balvin Air Jordan 1 Store List.
