An Unreleased Nike Air Force 1 Low “Viotech” Sample Emerges At An Outlet

An Unreleased Nike Air Force 1 Low “Viotech” Sample Emerges At An Outlet

Over the last handful of decades, NIKE, Inc. has produced some of the most innovative footwear–and not all of it’s released. Recently, a user by the name of “BCx00110100” took to the /r/sneakers community on Reddit to post an extremely rare Nike Outlet find: a never-before-seen Air Force 1 Low “Viotech” sample.

While speculation has surrounded the shoes, images of the production tags (which have since been deleted from hosting site Imgur) reveal standard details found on samples of shoes by the Swoosh. The pair arrives with “SAMPLE” messaging on the inner-lining and in a U.S. Men’s size 9 (typical of unreleased Nike samples). What’s most compelling, however, is the sneaker’s colorway and construction as it follows the Air Max 1 “Viotech” by atmos from 2003 rather faithfully. The color palette features “Khaki,” “Dark Mocha” and “Metallic Gold” hues in addition to the aforementioned purple tone across a suede, leather and nubuck build. A two-tone sole unit delivers an off-white midsole and gum brown bottom, a combination that’s endured the test of time and appeared on a previously-seen bespoke by Vandal-A.

Enjoy an in-hand look at the pair ahead, and keep it locked here for any Nike.com launch detail updates.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 1 is set to release in dozens of new styles before 2022 ends.
