The adidas NMD S1 Returns With “Altered Blue” Accents

adidas has made a concerted effort toward bringing the NMD S1 back to the frontlines of lifestyle wear throughout the past year. Alongside the collaborative aid of Phillip Leyesa, clad neutral propositions are now set to be churned out before the year’s end, such as this “Core Black” effort.

Centering its design sequence along a stealthy ensemble, jet-black PrimeKnit sets the stage for a monochromatic tone – save its angled white midfoot panel and stitched grey laces alongside a seldom inclusion at its heel tab. Affixed to the sock-like upper, dark grey suede tabs extend a sliver of dark teal as an introduction to its strip of “Altered Blue” that remains tucked away amidst the chunky midsole. Color matching the latter to its pitch-dark serrated tread, a myriad of trefoil logos constructs the outsole in conclusion.

Set to release next Thursday, December 15th, for a retail price of $180, enjoy official images of the adidas NMD S1 “Altered Blue” below in the meantime.

In other news, the latest duo of AMBUSH x Nike Air Force 1 Low’s is set to release next Friday, December 16th.
