Sporty & Rich Presents Three Tasteful Colorways Of The adidas Samba OG

Sporty & Rich‘s origins are not unlike that of JJJJound, as they evolved from what was essentially a digital moodboard. Emily Oberg has since turned the lifestyle label into something of a household name, one stocked across some of the biggest retailers in the world. adidas, too, has taken a liking to Oberg’s work, providing the former Creative Lead of KITH Womenswear the opportunity to design her own collaborative capsule.

The partnership, which initially began back in November of last year, is now evolving into something more long-term. Come very soon, Sporty & Rich and the Three Stripes will be delivering their second collaboration, which is centered entirely around one of adidas’ most iconic silhouettes: the Samba.

Here, Sporty & Rich have prepared the adidas Samba OG three ways, applying their signature branding atop every pair. And with the exception of the black and white colorway — whose look bears a resemblance to one of the sneaker’s original appearances — the co-branding across the profile and spine are dressed in the same color as the Stripes/heel tab and tumbled leather upper, respectively.
