A Mix Of Muted Tones And Vibrant Neon Green Branding Come Together On This Nike Air Max 90

Decades removed from its heyday as a performance running sneaker, the Nike Air Max 90 continues to dominate the casual scene.

Recently, Tinker Hatfield’s design from 1990 appeared in a mix of muted tones. Deep navy suede comes together with black nylon and cool grey TPU panels for an understated, but not entirely stealthy arrangement. Neon green branding at the top of the tongue and spine interrupt the muted color scheme; non-standard miniature swooshes at the lateral toe also follow suit. The combination of foam and Air Max cushioning underfoot favor a one-two punch of black and neon green flair, complementing the upper’s finish. The waffle-patterned traction favors a pitch-dark look that allows for the build up-top to revel that much more in the spotlight.

No firm nike.com release details have been shared by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the pair ahead.
