Rich Paul Prepares His Second New Balance 550 Collaboration

As a top NBA Agent and one of the original Four Horsemen, Rich Paul has effectively built his own empire after coming up in LeBron James’ inner circle. Having taken the next step in his journey by teaming up with New Balance in February to launch Klutch Athletics, Paul’s collaborative partnership with the Boston brand is set to continue with his second joint effort featuring the Basketball Oxford.

Releasing his first 550 in December of 2021, Paul’s latest installment pays an endearing homage to the loved ones in his life. Ditching the silhouette’s synonymous clad-leather build, the low-top instead employs a decadent grey-lavender mix atop the suede overlays while a greyscale accent ascertains the nubuck base layer. Set atop a vintage “Off-White” midsole, dark burgundy accents dress the pair’s remaining scattered embellishments and concentrate along the heel’s embroidered “RP” rose motif while the tread cleans up in a faded lilac tint.

Packaged within a wine-red branded box, the Rich Paul x New Balance 550 “Forever Yours” can be seen in detailed imagery below while we await a release on July 14th, 2023 ($130).

For more collaborative offerings, the A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 17 Low is set to release in Spring 2024.
