Perfectly for summer.

The ASICS GEL-1130 Collides With An Iceberg On May 16th

ASICS stands to be one of hottest sneaker brands of Summer 2024. The Japanese imprint continues relishing in the ongoing tech runner trend, and newly surfaced pairs have done well to capture the essence of warm weather fashion with bright/pastel colors.

The ASICS GEL-1130 debuted in the late 2000s as a budget-friendly runner, currently enjoying somewhat of a modern renaissance alongside other ASICS models with similar design language. With summer uniforms calling for bright and playful footwear, this latest colorway delivers an icy look with baby blue treatments throughout. Suede overlays grace a mesh base, decorated by sparse instances of metallic silver on the forefoot, quarter, and heel. Underfoot, an off-white midsole and blue outsole complete the look.

Foot Locker has the shoes down for a May 16th release for $110, but stay tuned for updates regarding a wider release through ASICS channels. Enjoy official images below and tap our Sneaker Release Dates page for a full preview of upcoming ASICS deliveries.
