Minted NY Brings In The Statue Of Liberty For Their First-Ever Saucony Collaboration

Green and copper accents produce an unmistakably NYC theme.

Minted NY Brings In The Statue Of Liberty For Their First-Ever Saucony Collaboration

Saucony and its collaborators are hitting all the right notes. The New England brand often flies under the radar, but co-signed pairs by Bodega and Montreal artist Callen Schaub have helped put it in the headlines in recent months. Now we’re finally hearing of a release date for a collaboration that’s been in the works for over two years, as Minted NY appears set to drop its Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 in May 2024.

Taking direction from the New York imprint’s typical fusion of street fashion and athletic wear, the Minted NY x ProGrid Triumph 4 comes dressed with reflective silver overlays and copper/green accents. Co-branded graphics on the insoles make the theme clear; the shoes are inspired by the Statue of Liberty and its gradual transition from copper to green throughout time.

Text reading “Minted” and “New York” appears on the lateral sides of the left and right shoes, respectively, embedded in clear TPU heel counters. Adding appeal, the box features an all-over illustration of the New York City skyline with branded typography on various billboards.

Like many collaborative pairs, the Minted NY x Saucony ProGrid Triumph 4 ($160) will release across a few different dates and mediums. The shoes will first drop at an NYC pop-up at 435 Broome Street from 12-4 PM EST on May 11th, followed by a May 15th release through mintednewyork.com. A global release through saucony.com is scheduled for May 31st.

Enjoy official images below and reference the “Where To Buy” section just ahead upon the shoe’s eventual release.
