The Air Jordan 38 Low Wears “DMP” Makeup

"DMP" pack at home?

The Air Jordan 38 Low Wears “DMP” Makeup

The Air Jordan 38‘s days are numbered. It’s only a matter of time before the newly introduced Air Jordan 39 ousts it from the brand’s catalog, so if the AJ38 is going to step aside for a while, it might as well do it in style.

This latest Jordan 38 Low communicates a clear “DMP” aesthetic with a white base and black/gold secondary accents, evoking the colors of that now famous Air Jordan 6 and Air Jordan 11 duo that dropped back in 2006. Naturally, the palette lands differently on a model designed in the 2020s. There’s not much to note about the top half of the shoe, but the design gets busy underfoot with gold glitter on the midsole and a black/white camo pattern on the outsole. It might not be the “DMP” shoe that tops wish lists, but in case you’ve forgotten, we got hit with a Jordan 6 “DMP” Retro in 2020 and a DMP-adjacent Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” earlier this year.

In any case, the Air Jordan 38 Low “White/Metallic Gold/Black” is set to release on June 6th for $185, a fitting date seeing as the NBA Finals should be wrapping up around then.
