Nike Zoom GT Cut Cross Appears In “Bright Crimson”

The latest in the GT Cut series gets a vibrant update.

Nike Zoom GT Cut Cross Appears In “Bright Crimson”

The Nike “Greater Than” family has brought Swoosh basketball some of its biggest hits in recent memory, highlighted by the mid-height Cut model. You don’t need to tap into consumer reports to reach that conclusion, either; the middle ground silhouette has been easily the most iterated on, currently carrying the GT Cut 3 proper, GT Cut Academy, and the newest edition, the Nike Zoom GT Cut Cross, appearing once again in an eye-catching arrangement.

If this is the first time you’re catching the retooled kicks, the chief performance addition is a TPU support at the medial forefoot, reinforcement for the “Cross” cuts and cross-over movements these are specified for. Aesthetically, this “Bright Crimson” colorway is a perfect showcase of the futuristic tinkering that defines the shoe.

A depressed Swoosh reveals an inverse palette of the grid mesh on the quarter panel, while the midsole holds onto the gradient look that’s marked preceding colorways. “Crimson,” mauve and fuschia tonality makes for a boisterous blend overall, a perfect statement piece for on-court wear that’s kept from totally childish territory by the grey & black anchoring in the margins.

The Nike Zoom GT Cut Cross “Bright Crimson” is expected to hit shelves digital and local for Fall ’24, retailing for $110. Enjoy official images via the gallery embedded below.
