COMME des GARÇONS BLACK x Nike Air Force 1 Low For SS25 Revealed In Paris

COMME des GARÇONS and its many verticals are seemingly connected to every sneaker brand making a dent in the fashion footwear scene. Partnering with the likes of Nike, New Balance, ASICS, Salomon, Vans, and Converse, the brand simply referred to as CDG continues to pioneer the shoe collab movement despite sticking close to its relatively minimal aesthetic.

Throughout its many presentations at Paris Fashion Week in June, COMME des GARÇONS has revealed a plethora of new projects slated for next year. Under its COMME des GARÇONS BLACK imprint, an Air Force 1 Low has emerged in all-black leathers with “Black” stylized on the lateral side in artful type in reverse formation. CDG in its standard bold text appears on the medial heel, while the brand’s statement logo appears on the insole.

This latest CDG Black x Nike collaboration does in fact adhere to the strict monochromatic aesthetic seen throughout its releases, although recent drops such as the Air Foamposite One have included tonal whites and others into the mix. Meanwhile, the HOMME PLUS sector really sent waves through the sneaker-verse for their funky hybrid that combined the Air Max ’96 upper with the full-foam sole of the Nike ISPA Sense Flyknit.
