“Royal Pulse” Surges On The Nike Dunk Low Next Nature

Pastel hues grace this everyday, women's-exclusive colorway.

“Royal Pulse” Surges On The Nike Dunk Low Next Nature

Nike’s strategy with Dunks is seemingly two-pronged; drops like the “Black Spiderman” Dunk that emerged this weekend lean into playful territory, and more reigned in colorways aimed at the lifestyle market, a lane the model continues to dominate despite a steep turnaround in both hype & resale prices. The latter is something the latest Next Nature edition capitalizes on, founded largely on “Royal Pulse” pastel coloring.

This shoe is essentially a just-adjacent twist on the default two-tone layout so ever-present across Peter Moore’s design. A top/bottom split between pure white and titular “Royal Pulse” takes up most of the real estate, with a silver Swoosh breaking up that sprightly palette across the medial & lateral sides. It doesn’t seem directly inspired, but the combination of metallic shading and cool colors reminds of the Air Jordan 1 “Hyper Blue” or Air Jordan 5 “Bluebird.”

The Nike Dunk Low Next Nature “Royal Pulse’ will hit Nike.com and retail partners in the coming weeks, retailing for $115 in women’s sizing.
