Sneakersnstuff Co-Founders Tease Upcoming New Balance 237 With Snakeskin

Last year, the New Balance 237 debuted in a sleek colorway in collaboration with the Parisian brand Casablanca. To add to the list of joint efforts, Sneakersnstuff’s Co-founders just teased a new pair that features snakeskin accents and textured uppers.

As seen on SNS Co-founder and Creative Director Erik Fagerlind‘s Instagram, uppers of the upcoming NB 237 showcase a grey textile makeup that likens that of denim. Flocked suede lacestays and overlays above the midsole further the greyscale scheme. However, these tones are quickly contrasted by navy snakeskin prints applied to the heel tab and the oversized “N” logo on the sides. The logos are shockingly outlined with a neon pink that is also found on branded elements on the heel tab and tongue label. To round out the look, a soft tan is introduced by the tongue and also makes its way onto the inside and the foam midsole piece. The result is a casual yet sleek look to follow up SNS and New Balance’s last collaboration back in April—a patchwork-themed New Balance R770.

Enjoy official images of the pair below as more details are yet to come regarding a release on Sneakersnstuff.

UPDATE (06/03/2021):
SNS’ upcoming collaboration with New Balance is on the 237 silhouette, not 327 as initially reported.
