Chapter 2 Of Reebok’s Pump Universe Releases On May 17th

Chapter 2 Of Reebok’s Pump Universe Releases On May 17th

While Marvel, DC and Rick and Morty have all recently explored and personified the concept of multi-verses, Reebok has since jumped in on the universe-hopping trend by reimagining its extensive footwear archives through the lens of the brand’s iconic Pump technology. After envisioning Shaq on the tennis court and a reinterpretation of the Question Mid, recently the Boston-based brand unveiled Chapter 2 in its “Pump Universe” collection.

Showcasing the effects of infusing 90s technology with 80s-style branding, Chapter 2 shifts the focus from a performance ethos to the brand’s iconic lifestyle offerings via the Reebok Classic Leather and Club C 85. Championing the latter silhouette’s transition from a late 20th-century fitness staple to an everyday wardrobe option, both pairs come emblazoned at the upper tongue with bulbous Pump technology. Siphoning inspiration from the Instapump Fury atop the Classic Leather, the other half of the pack sees Michael Cheng’s Court Victory incorporated within the Club C.

Scheduled to release on May 17th at reebok.com and May 18th at select retailers such as Foot Locker, enjoy official imagery of the Reebok Pump Universe Chapter 2 including both the Club C 85 and Classic Leather below alongside our accompanying store list to grab your pair.

In other news, the Nike Kobe 8 Protro “Triple-White” is scheduled to return on Mamba Day this year, August 24th.
