The 2024 Nike Doernbecher Freestyle Collection Includes A Flower-Covered Dunk High

The year hasn’t ended yet but looks at the next Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle collection have begun to surface.

Full details about the latest range of products aimed to benefit the Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) Doernbecher Children’s Hospital haven’t been disclosed yet, but the Swoosh conglomerate is likely to unveil them soon. Sneaker leakers recently took to social media to unveil one part of the Doernbecher Freestyle XIX lineup: a flower-covered Nike Dunk High.

The sneaker’s designer hasn’t been revealed yet, but the pair features a soft color palette seemingly inspired by spring. A plethora of floral graphics take over textile overlays around the forefoot, along the tongue, and across the heel. Commemorative ribbons are embroidered onto the lateral heel, with a special cookie graphic landing on the tongue label next to iconic swoosh logos. Hits of pink also enter the mix, livening up the limited edition Nike Dunk prepped to benefit the OHSU Children’s Hospital. Midsoles feature a motivating quote – “she believed she could so she did” – likely inspired by the shoe’s designer.

Enjoy an early look at the pair ahead. An early drop is expected via auction before the year ends, with a full on Nike SNKRS release likely taking place in the first quarter of 2024.
