If you’re anticipating the release of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI, chances are you’ve thought to yourself how the Kobe VI would compare to the Kobe V or even the Kobe IV – Kobe’s first low-cut basketball shoe with Nike. In this comparison by Mugen EP of NT, a Kobe fan juxtaposed the Kobe VI with each of the previous two Kobe releases, offering you a chance to compare the physical dimensions of the shoe. A V vs. VI comparison reveal a similar upper construction but the VI featured a flatter, wider toebox as well as slightly less padding on the ankle. The tongues feature identical construction but the VI features just six lace eyelets, which is one less than the Kobe V. The comparison between the Kobe VI and Kobe IV did not reveal many surprises; whatever conclusions you may have made from a Kobe IV vs. Kobe V comparison could be applied for the Kobe VI. Take a look at the comparison shots after the jump and let us know if you think the Nike Zoom Kobe VI will be the best performing Nike Kobe shoe to date.
