The latest Nike SB release offering a tribute to spirited beverages might be a week or so late with its American flag tongue tag, but then again, the whole reason this design was chosen to represent the USA is that familiar lager taste that’s such a big part of summertime celebration. Andheiser-Busch’s Budweiser is the most popular full-calorie beer in the nation (second only to its Bud Lite variant in terms of total sales), and from that POV, this Nike SB Dunk High ‘Beer Bottle’ design inspired by its amber glass is long overdue. These arrived at select European retailers along with the Heineken-derived hightop about two weeks ago and now this beechwood-aged brown suede style has arrived as a Quickstrike at MIA.
