Air Jordan 10 Nyc 2016 Retro First Look 01

Jordan Brand‘s 2016 release slate is still full of surprises, including a fresh take on the Air Jordan 10 in a Gotham referencing colorway that’s sure to please lifestyle fans for its premium aesthetic. Known as the Air Jordan 10 “NYC”, the pair is kicking off a revamped “City Pack” in a nod to the silhouette’s original rollout where numerous colorways represented NBA cities to move away from the Chicago-theme. This might have had a little to do with the fact that MJ was playing baseball at the time. This pair ditches any Knicks affiliation for a premium Black/Black-Dark Grey-Metallic Gold mockup while that mid-90s PE font lands on the ankle collar with ‘NYC’ stitched in gold. This first installment of Jordan Brand’s refreshed AJ10 City Pack is rumored for an April 23rd release date.
