Sneaker Charleston And Saucony Team Up For A Special Jazz In Honor Of National Mustard Day

Sneaker Charleston And Saucony Team Up For A Special Jazz In Honor Of National Mustard Day

South Carolina is known for its unique mustard-based BBQ sauce, and today, August 3rd, is in fact National Mustard Day, so Charleston, SC-based boutique Sneaker and Saucony have joined up for a special take on the Saucony Jazz that’s inspired by the tangy condiment. The shoe’s yellow suede-and-nylon upper draws directly from the color of the scintillating SC sauce, while rich navy accents on the quarter’s overlaid logo, the tongue badge, and the heel offer contrast. There’s a heap of special detailing served up here as well, with the upper heel featuring an embroidered Sneaker text logo and an extra set of checkerboard laces sealed in a “sauce packet” if you’re looking to add a little more spice to your style. A classic sail midsole and gum outsole then complete the look. The shoes retail for $80 USD, and are launching in-store at Sneaker Charleston at 11am ET, accompanied by a free-to-attend BBQ. They’ll then hit sneakerchs.com at 1PM ET. Check out detailed images here, and be quick: these fresh-off-the-grill kicks are sure to go fast.
