While Jordan Brand has tapped the likes of Virgil Abloh, Sheila Rashid, and Chance the Rapper for its All-Star Weekend 2020 celebrations, it’s still carrying on the Jumpman’s legacy via individual endeavors like the Air Jordan 3 “Fire Red,” the Jordan 1 Hi ’85-including “New Beginnings” pack, and even the Jordan 6 Rings. As an homage to Michael Jordan’s six NBA Championship wins, the 6 Rings fuses design elements from iconic silhouettes like the Jordan 13 and Jordan 11 with the latter’s “Defining Moments” outfit – launched to commemorate MJ’s first 1991 title – inspiring this white, black, and gold iteration.
