Michael Le Within sneaker culture, exclusivity often derives demand, with pairs seemingly only reaching cult status by way of less than desired quantities. SoleFly, for example, always lies on the fine line between impossible and simply hard to acquire, crafting some of the best Jordan Brand releases to date. Their patent leather AJ1 still sits at high six figures after debuting at Art Basel and its much more exclusive alternate has risen even higher on the resale charts, but with their Air Jordan 10 now set to have a very limited charity auction today, it’s possible we’ll see the pair eclipse those very prices. Design-wise, the retailer continues to rep their Miami home base, taking on bright orange hits across the lateral’s side panel; just around, an outlining strip of patterned synthetic disturbs by way of a man-made textures, separating that of the vibrant leather with the rest of the upper’s neutral white grain and mesh. Soles black out, not even adding color to its various tread molds, while heels affix with branded embroidered of the SoleFly logo as well as the signature Jumpman.
