The Nike Kyrie 8 has taken a strong snub from its athlete, but Nike will still release the new silhouette. And it also seems Irving has little to no say in the matter, as he's now been spotted wearing a new colourway during a workout.

Apart from the legendary Doom Nike SB Dunks that the basketball player wears on his feet, he has also been spotted wearing a pair of Nike Kyrie 8's. Compared to the previously revealed sneakers, the new colourway has a little more colour applied.

The inner lining is dipped in bright purple, while a striking camouflage pattern adorns the toebox. Opposite are white and black panels, which form the basis for the Swooshes, mid panels, and heels.

So far, we're still waiting for the official unveiling of the Nike Kyrie 8, but we suspect they're already on the way and will be announced soon.
