New York — Iconix Brand Group Inc. said Wednesday it will enter into license agreements for its Starter brand in Europe and Rocawear brand in Brazil.
The company will enter a long-term master license agreement with Mint Apparel Ltd. for Starter apparel and key lifestyle categories in the European Union and Turkey.
Meanwhile, TBC Gestao de Marcas Ltd. will manufacture and distribute Rocawear apparel, footwear and accessories exclusively in Brazil, as well as open freestanding Rocawear stores throughout the country, Iconix said.
The firm, which licenses its brands to leading retailers and manufacturers in both the luxury and mass markets around the world, said it has also entered license agreements for its Op, London Fog and Joe Boxer brands.
