Titan Industries has a new leading lady. The Huntington-Beach, Calif.-based footwear company tapped Andrea Bernholtz as the company CEO, effective June 1. She comes from Rock & Republic, as the former president and co-founder.
“I look forward to the amazing opportunity to lead Titan during a time of both challenge and enormous opportunity for the footwear industry,” said Bernholtz in a statement. “Building on Titan’s impeccable product, phenomenal design and robust distribution networks is a dream come true.”
In her new role, Bernholtz will report to Chairman Joe Ouaknine. (Ouaknine was formerly acting as both Chairman and CEO.) She will lead the team in a number of different areas, such as brand development, sales, retailer and client relationships, business development and license expansion.
“I have been very impressed with Andrea’s business acumen since the day I met her working together on Rock & Republic’s footwear line,” said Ouaknine in a release. “Her talent and flair for building, strong, relevant, on-trend businesses will be a true asset to our company.”

Currently, the Titan roster includes brands GX by Gwen Stefani, L.A.M.B., Badgley Mischka, Cynthia Vincent, Charles Jourdan and Joe’s Jeans.
