Karolina Kurkova is once again starring in a Giuseppe Zanotti ad campaign. The model, who also posed for the brand’s spring ’15 campaign, was photographed with Ton Heukels and Jasonas Laios. Josh Olins, who has worked on campaigns for J Brand, Adidas, H&M, Balenciaga and Iro, shot the trio at Hotel du Duc in Paris.
In true, bold Zanotti style, Kurkova is seen wearing strappy black heels with dramatic metallic wing detailing. In a group shot, Kurkova wears glittering, sky-high sandals. Her male counterparts wear glittering double monk-strap shoes and embroidered velvet loafers. The campaign also features high-top sneakers for men with three wide gold hardware straps for a tougher look.

The images are meant to evoke the intersection of night and day — the hours after a party at the hotel has ended and dawn is bringing a new beginning. The moment is described by the brand as being between dream and reality.
“I wanted to create a campaign that told a story of ease, sophistication and a touch of eccentricity,” said Zanotti.
The ads will appear in Vogue, GQ and W, among other international fashion magazines.
