Adidas Originals and Pharrell Williams have teamed up once again. The athletic brand has partnered with Pharrell to launch the Superstar ‘Supershell’ collection.
The singer chose artists from around the globe to reinvent the sneaker’s shelltoe in a new printed look. With styles from five different artists, including Pharrell himself, the capsule collection sees creations from artists like Todd James, photographer Cass Bird, and Japanese artist Mr. Each pair will retail for $100.
The collection will be released on August 7. It will be available at Adidas.com, as well as Adidas stores and select retail partners.
Pharrell and Adidas have teamed up on the Superstar before. Back in March, the two collaborated on the Superstar ‘Supercolor’ pack, which saw the iconic Superstar released in 50 vibrant colorways.
Just this week, Adidas also announced its launch of the Superstar 80s Primeknit, which sees the Superstar sneaker done in a new knitted upper.
