One might think it’s all Yeezy all the time in the Kardashian-Jenner household, but surprisingly, that’s not the case. While the sisters do love their Yeezy Boost sneakers, they also wear other brands when they hit the gym.
We’ve seen the clan in Nike and Adidas, but another brand has become a favorite, too: Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL). Back in 2010, APL founders Ryan and Adam Goldston saw their Load ‘N’ Launch technology banned by the NBA, bringing serious buzz to their trainers.
The brand is now carried by the likes of Saks Fifth Avenue and MrPorter.com, and earlier this summer, Footwear News included the Goldstons in its list of 20 emerging shoe designers to know.

The Kardashian family seems to agree. Kourtney and Khloe are leading the way with the APL obsession. Kourtney has been spotted wearing the sneakers for workouts and for running errands with her children. She’s partial to the TechLoom Pro sneakers in black and gray. Kourtney and Kendall Jenner have both been seen in the neon yellow Energy Windchill sneakers.

Khloe, who has been committed to her fitness regimen this year, likes the bright orange Joyride style. Ryan Goldston says the Kardashian sisters often ask them for the newest styles.
“Especially Khloe, who wears everything from the monochrome black and white to the pink pairs benefitting breast cancer research,” he said. “Kourtney loves the white, black and cosmic gray TechLoom Pros. The whole family wears APL pretty much at this point.”
APL recently released limited-edition styles for Breast Cancer Awareness month, a holiday collection and a collaboration with Creatures of the Wind.
APL entered the running market a year ago, when the Goldston brothers wanted to expand beyond basketball shoes. The Joyride style retails for $120, the TechLoom Pro for $140 and the Windchill for $150.
