Serena Williams may be on the cusp of winning another US Open title — and completing a calendar Grand Slam by winning all four major world tennis tournaments in one year. Tonight, she’s set to battle it out with her sister, Venus, for a place in the semifinals — for the 27th time in their careers.
Despite that huge contest ahead, Williams has been busy during her downtime. On Monday night, she stepped out in New York with none other than Kim Kardashian West for a dinner date at Carbone restaurant.
Williams sported a pair of Nike wedge sneakers with a form-fitting white skirt, crop top, jacket and a small MCM handbag. Kardashian West wore strappy black sandals with her T-shirt, ripped jeans and long coat.

Kardashian was seen out and about in the city earlier in the day with daughter North, who looked to be channeling dad Kanye West’s signature style in an oversized sweatshirt, black jeans and a gold chain-link collar necklace. She topped off the look with a pair of black Dr. Martens boots.
On the court, Williams wears NikeCourt sneakers and apparel. Venus has also been wearing Nike sneakers with her own EleVen By Venus tennis-apparel collection, which is sold at select tennis clubs nationwide.
The Williams sisters’ match is set for tonight at 7pm EST.
