The Teen Choice Awards always promise great red carpet shoes. The casual nature of the show also lends itself to chic and bold choices, and most importantly, cocktail-length dresses that give shoes a starring role on the red carpet.
We rounded up our top shoes of the night. Which pair is your favorite?
First up: Rita Ora, who was literally red-hot in Versace. Ora opted for Grecian-inspired red platform sandals from the label’s fall ’15 collection.

Nina Dobrev seems to have found her shoe BFF in Tamara Mellon. After stepping out earlier in the week wearing Mellon, Dobrev made a repeat winning performance in Mellon’s Frontline heels. The shoes were just interesting enough to grab our attention yet didn’t overwhelm her sequined Zuhair Murad dress.

Jason Derulo took home best-shod male for trying his hand at the dress-shoe-meets-sneakers trend, in this case by Giuseppe Zanotti. We loved that also he dressed things up with a minimalist gray jacket.

Peyton List, the face of junior’s line Bongo, paired a crop top from the collection and a polka-dot suit by DVF. We were even more impressed with her multicolored-striped block-heel sandals.

Last but not least: “Girl Meets World” star Rowan Blanchard. Blanchard making a run for best -dressed teen by pairing her sweet Giamba dress with an unexpected touch — Vans black slip-on sneakers. The look was youthful, age-appropriate and fashionable.
