For new sneaker brand Product of New York, it took looking back to move forward.
Launched as a premium division of PONY back in August, Product of New York’s collection of high-end men’s sneakers are inspired by the athletic brand’s archival footwear styles. Though it will keep its sportswear heritage intact, the new label is aiming to offer a more fashion-minded product.

The brand’s fall ’15 men’s collection, which retails for $150 to $250, is available now at luxury retailer Barneys New York, as well as the brand’s own e-commerce website. All styles are produced in Taipei, Taiwan, with materials sourced from Italy and Greece.
The latest offering focuses on three sneaker styles — the Greenwich, Tribeca and M-110 — in both high- and low-top silhouettes. And if your style leans more monochromatic, there’s good news: The colorways remain virtually colorless — mostly blacks and whites with the occasional pop of red, grey or beige.
