‘Mad Men’ Final Season: See The Shoes Inspired By Its Characters

It’s the moment many have been dreading: The final season of Mad Men is here, set to debut on April 5. And FN’s got the shoes you can wear for “Mad Men”-inspired parties.

While the show has earned much critical praise for its smart scripts and ensemble cast, its costume design has been standout as well. In 2009, costume designer Janie Bryant won the Costume Designers Guild Award for Outstanding Costume Design for a Television Series, and she has also been nominated several times for an Emmy Award.

“My resource for amazing shoes here in Los Angeles is a vendor I met at the Rose Bowl,” Bryant told FN. “He has amazing taste — and the best taste in vintage shoes.”

The final season has fans buzzing with anticipation about how the series will end. The cast has been making their final promotional rounds for the show as well, and from the sounds of it, they’re just as sad about it ending as the audience is. “I cried the last few weeks of shooting,” January Jones said on ‘The Tonight Show.” “It was very sad.”
