Extreme creeper boots rose above neo-Goth connotations with buckle embellishments and serious glam-punk attitude. Were they pretty? Not exactly. But they did achieve something rare: complete uniqueness. Plus, they were good enough to be plucked by Rihanna for a post-show stroll, which is no mean feat in itself.
